Grinch is about 4 ft tall, All pieces are made with 1/2 thick wood, painted with indoor/outdoor paint, then sealed with a weather sealant. Poles can be attached on back, so that you can place a piece of rebar (not included) in the ground and put the poles over so that the Grinch will stand independently on its own.
